B-FIT: Follow Up / Inspection / Training Program

BERGKAMP HELPS PROTECT YOUR POTHOLE PATCHING INVESTMENT

Bergkamp can help you make the most of your pothole patching investment through our B-FIT service program. This direct-from-the-manufacturer program offers you peace of mind by making sure your patcher is running as it should and adds additional training for your crews from a Bergkamp service technician.

All Bergkamp patchers sold to domestic government agencies will have the opportunity to participate in our B-FIT service program. The program starts 18 to 24 months after your purchase, which gives your crew plenty of time to use the equipment and understand what gaps they may have in operation, maintenance and training. During the visit we can also determine if your equipment needs any repairs or parts.

• B-FIT PROGRAM INCLUDES:
  • An onsite visit by a Bergkamp technician
  • A 66-point equipment inspection
  • Additional training for your crews to help properly operate and maintain the equipment. 
  • Inspection checks patcher functions, ensures proper factory safety measures and operator procedures are in place.
