The MS13 can hold 560 gallons (2,120 liters) of Asphalt Emulsion.
The MS21 can hold 1,000 gallons (3,785 liters) of Asphalt Emulsion.

Better mills make better products. Success is in the particle size — the particle size distribution of the emulsion is critical to its storage stability. It also directly influences the emulsion viscosity and breaking behavior. In high asphalt content emulsions, like those used for surface dressing, the asphalt ratio can be optimized for a given viscosity specification. For applications such as slurry surfacing, a smaller particle size significantly improves the breaking performance.

Inline systems give great flexibility during production. Flows for water and chemicals into the bitumen are controlled individually and can be changed during production. All chemicals and water are added continuously during production, instead of having to pre-mix, therefore it can run continuously without stops and starts.
DenimoTECH’s newly designed 12t/h semi-automatic batch plant arrives fully assembled with all equipment mounted in one space saving 20″ container with easy access to control devices and process supervision. This containerized version is therefore ideal for the busy road contractor or manufacturer who can’t afford installation and set up time.

Our batch asphalt emulsion plant is a ready-to-go unit for simple emulsion production. This plant is delivered fully assembled and ready to start production. Production capacity from 3 – 30 t/h. On our two smallest versions of this Economy plant, installation in a 10″ container comes as an option.
The DenimoTECH asphalt emulsion and PMB research plant provides manufacturers with a platform to test, improve, and design recipes for any type of project.Our research plant is capable of producing cationic, anionic and non-ionic emulsion at a maximum capacity of 300 l/h.
The CST-1 is a chemical storage tank used for storage of emulsifier. Ready for installation, the tank is mounted on skid, and comes with an electrical heater, thermostat, insulation, agitator, local control panel and minimum level sensor for automatic stop of heating and agitator.
