Service and support are additional pieces of the puzzle that enable us to bring pavement maintenance solutions to our customers. Our dedicated technical support staff will spend the time needed with you to run our equipment at peak productivity levels.  We provide start-up support and operator training when you purchase our equipment. Then, we are easily reached by phone, fax and e-mail for any questions or troubleshooting you may have along the way. 

Next-day delivery of most replacement parts is available within the United States.  We have an extensive, computer-managed parts inventory and offer a complete list of replacement parts in our user manual – to help eliminate the headache when servicing equipment. At Bergkamp, it is our goal to make sure you get the service and support you need promptly to minimize costs and downtime, while boosting efficiency.
