Bergkamp Variable Width Spreader Box
The VSB is designed to expand while you pave and it is ideal for both Slurry seal and Micro surfacing applications.
Available in these widths:
- 8 to 13 feet (2.4 – 4.0 m)
- 9 to 14 feet (2.7 – 4.3 m)
- 10 to 15 feet (3.0 – 4.6 m)
- 11 to 16 feet (3.3 – 4.9 m)
Bergkamp Spreader boxes are compatible with other brands of pavers.

Key Features
- Width is adjustable while paving
- Hydraulic-driven ribbon augers are fully expandable and feature a 12-inch (30 cm) pitch
- Width is hydraulically adjusted by valves located on the spreader box
- Patented primary and secondary strike-offs slide within a guide tube while the box expands or contracts during paving
- Inboard runners provide clean longitudinal joints
- Adaptable to all common brands of slurry and micro surfacing pavers
