EMCADS (Electronic Mix Control And Diagnostics System) Pro is the first paver control system in the USA that allows you to conveniently access information from your Bergkamp slurry seal and microsurfacing pavers online.

original EMCADS – with the Internet access you need. EMCADS continues to:

EMCADS PRO DATA PLANS

New and Retrofit EMCADS PRO packages come with 12 months of Full Access Remote View Plus Web Portal. At the end of the 12 month term, customers will need to purchase one of our four data plans to keep the system active.

REMOTE VIEW – SINGLE VIEW

No subscription.
Customer may request that Bergkamp log into their system to troubleshoot, adjust or update programming. The customer has NO ACCESS to their EMCADS unit. A Bergkamp shop hourly rate will be applied to any technician

REMOTE VIEW – SERVICE VIEW ONLY

Bergkamp Customer Care team will have full access to customer’s EMCADS system to troubleshoot, adjust or upgrade programming. The Customer has NO ACCESS to their EMCADS unit.

REMOTE VIEW – SERVICE AND CUSTOMER VIEW

Both Customer and Bergkamp Customer Care team have access to EMCADS system. There is no limit to the number of views or length of individual sessions.

REMOTE VIEW FULL ACCESS PLUS WEB PORTAL

Full Remote View plus access to the Web Portal with full mapping and reporting service.

REACTIVATION FEE – ALL SYSTEMS

Non-renewed subscriptions that have lapsed more than 30 days will require an activation fee to re-program the data accounts.

Note: Subscription reminders and invoices will be emailed at least 60 days prior to end of current subscription term.

RETRO-FIT KITS

All materials and labor to install EMCADS Pro hardware; program unit and set up Web Portal. Price includes 12 months of Remote View Full Access, plus Web Portal Plan. Install can be completed at our Salina facility, at customer facility, or remote location. Customer to pay paver shipping charges to Salina or technicians actual travel, room, and meal expenses for remote installation.
