• The first of two modules, the purpose of which is to provide practical information to assist in the construction and inspection of high performance slurry system projects (slurry seal and micro surfacing). The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and ISSA have authorized this module to provide an educational tool that could be used by persons possessing limited familiarity with slurry system methods.  Contractor performance along with user agency oversight both play an important role in the successful outcome of slurry systems projects. This training module will address both sides of the equation.
