The new Bergkamp Mobile Stockpile revolutionizes the process used by truck-mounted slurry seal and micro surfacing pavers. A fully mobile material transfer and storage trailer, the Mobile Stockpile connects to and replenishes your truck-mounted pavers with aggregate and asphalt emulsion on the job site.
By bringing your stockpile on-site, you can take advantage of a process change that will allow you to eliminate driving long distances to stockpiles, avoid overweight citation risks, require fewer pavers, and reduce stockpile coordination issues.

The MS13 can hold 560 gallons (2,120 liters) of Asphalt Emulsion.
The MS21 can hold 1,000 gallons (3,785 liters) of Asphalt Emulsion.
Located at the back-right side of the hopper body, an air tack hose system with 180º pivot capability to provide approximately 20-feet overall reach and locks in position when the system is fully extended. The system is designed to suspend the hoses, keeping them off the street. Swings forward parallel to the hopper, with spring-loaded lock pin for transport position. Air system is used for repair site preparation, keeping hoses off the repair and the street.

The mill for polymer modification of asphalt is designed on the basis of DenimoTECH’s 30 years experience in the asphalt industry.
Better mills make better products. Success is in the particle size — the particle size distribution of the emulsion is critical to its storage stability. It also directly influences the emulsion viscosity and breaking behavior. In high asphalt content emulsions, like those used for surface dressing, the asphalt ratio can be optimized for a given viscosity specification. For applications such as slurry surfacing, a smaller particle size significantly improves the breaking performance.

Inline systems give great flexibility during production. Flows for water and chemicals into the bitumen are controlled individually and can be changed during production. The CST-1 is a chemical storage tank used for storage of emulsifier. Ready for installation, the tank is mounted on skid, and comes with an electrical heater, thermostat, insulation, agitator, local control panel and minimum level sensor for automatic stop of heating and agitator.
