The MS13 can hold 560 gallons (2,120 liters) of Asphalt Emulsion.
The MS21 can hold 1,000 gallons (3,785 liters) of Asphalt Emulsion.
Located at the back-right side of the hopper body, an air tack hose system with 180º pivot capability to provide approximately 20-feet overall reach and locks in position when the system is fully extended. The system is designed to suspend the hoses, keeping them off the street. Swings forward parallel to the hopper, with spring-loaded lock pin for transport position. Air system is used for repair site preparation, keeping hoses off the repair and the street.

The mill for polymer modification of asphalt is designed on the basis of DenimoTECH’s 30 years experience in the asphalt industry.
Better mills make better products. Success is in the particle size — the particle size distribution of the emulsion is critical to its storage stability. It also directly influences the emulsion viscosity and breaking behavior. In high asphalt content emulsions, like those used for surface dressing, the asphalt ratio can be optimized for a given viscosity specification. For applications such as slurry surfacing, a smaller particle size significantly improves the breaking performance.

Inline systems give great flexibility during production. Flows for water and chemicals into the bitumen are controlled individually and can be changed during production.
