Bergkamp Paver Service School February 19-22, 2018

OUR MULTI-TRACK FORMAT IS DESIGNED TO MAKE SURE YOUR CREW GETS TRAINING SPECIFIC TO YOUR EQUIPMENT

This year we are offering 2 different course tracks. Track A covers mechanical / air operated pavers (M1 & M2 series) & Track B covers electronically operated pavers (M1E & M3 series). There will be a day common to both tracks covering general information.

Track A: Jackshaft / Air operated pavers

• Jackshaft system: Description, operation, pressure setting, diagnosis & maintenance
• Air systems: Mix control & front load description, operation, diagnosis & maintenance
• Electronic Monitoring System: Operation, calibration & diagnostics

Track B: Direct drive / Electronic pavers

• EMCADS (M1E & M3) Specific Topics: Operation, calibration & diagnostics
• EMCADS Specific mechanical systems: Direct drive hydraulics, electronic feedback circuits, etc.

Common topics covered in both tracks

• System hydraulics: Description, operation, pressure setting, diagnostics & maintenance
• M1 Specific Topics: Material loading, truck hitch, front hopper & front conveyor
• M1 Specific Topics: Material loading, truck hitch, front hopper & front conveyor
• M1 Specific Topics: Hydrostat description, operation & pressure setting guidelines
• Spreader boxes: Setup, operation & maintenance

Costs: $500 per person for a single track and $750 per person for both tracks
